Refund and Returns Policy
CANCELLATION & RETURNS
Maisam Trading LLC offers a 15-day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. Therefore, returns will be accepted only with RMA number issued to a particular client for a particular product. Products with NIST Certificate of Calibration are not returnable, due to specific calibration service rendered for this product. Special order products are not returnable, as well.
Please e-mail our Customer Support Department at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product back to Maisam Trading LLC. Returns may not be accepted without a valid RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the reason for the return.
All products returned MUST be 100% complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.
Shipping charges on returned items are the customer’s responsibility; Maisam Trading LLC will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s).
For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.
If you receive damaged material, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for Maisam Trading LLC to file a damage claim. Save the material AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Maisam Trading LLC immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pickup of damaged material. If you do not notify Maisam Trading LLC of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to Maisam Trading LLC within 30 days from the invoice date, at Maisam Tradig LLCs discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any item that is missing will ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 30 days, all manufacturers’ warranties apply.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by Maisam Trading LLC within 30 days from the invoice date, at Maisam Trading LLC discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
Due to manufacturer’s policies, close-outs or in the case of specially ordered items: products may be non-returnable; Customers must contact respective manufacturers directly for service.
Maisam Trading LLC reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
In the event that your purchase malfunctions under Warranty (Warranty period explicitly specified), please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with images and description of the problem and our team will assist you with repairs or replacement. Please note that the prerogative to repair or replace is ours. We are always available to assist our valued clients.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
