The Emerson CSI 2140 Vibration Analyzer takes vibration data and analysis measurements to the next level. In addition to delivering faster data collection for less time in the field or more machines monitored, the AMS 2140 is ergonomically designed for comfortable, single hand operation all day long.

easier and more intuitive. Emerson’s AMS 2140 Machinery Health Analyzer was designed specifically with these goals in mind. Wirelessly upload route data and corrective maintenance jobs from the field to AMS Machinery Health Manager for analysis and reporting. AMS Machinery Manager integrates data from multiple technologies, including vibration analysis, thermography, and balancing into a single database. Alerts generated by AMS Machinery Manager can be exported automatically to AMS Asset Performance Management where they are combined with alerts from other plant assets to provide a unified view of your plant’s
health. Together, the AMS 2140 and AMS deliver the predictive intelligence necessary for increasing availability and reliability in the plant.
