Applications
GRAFLOSCON C-SG 2000 ULTRA is designed for spray lubrication of open pinion gears exposed to extremely high tooth flank loads on rotary kilns, tube mills, and line blenders which are used in the cement, lime, gypsum, mining, and chemical industries.
GRAFLOSCON C-SG 2000 ULTRA is also suitable for drives exposed to high oscillations or drives in which rolling bearings are mounted.
Application notes
GRAFLOSCON C-SG 2000 ULTRA is applied to the gear mainly through automatic spray systems. Smaller drives are also lubricated by brush, forced-feed lubrication systems or with the Klubermatic LB manual spray gun.
